Ingredients:
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Papaya
- 2 Apples
- 2 Plantains
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 Cup dried plums
- 1 Slice cinnamon Spice
- 1 Clove
- 4 Whole peppers (allspice)
- 1 Cup Sugar (you can also use panela / piloncillo)
Recipe:
- Wash and peel the pineapple. Keep the peels and cut the pineapple into small pieces, without the heart.
- Boil 3 liters of water in a pot. Add the pineapple peels, 1 slice of cinnamon, 1 clove, 4 peppers (allspice) and a cup of sugar (alternatively you can use panela or piloncillo to sweeten).
- Cover the pot and boil for 15 minutes.
- Wash and cut apples into small pieces. Repeat this step with papaya and bananas.
- Remove the pineapple peels, cloves and pepper from the pot. Add all ingredients in small pieces to the pot and add a teaspoon of salt.
- Cover the pot and boil for 45 minutes.
- Open the pot and stir before serving
