Try a new take on a summer favorite!

WARNING- you will want more than just one.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Hershey Dark Chocolate Bar tablet  (can also use milk chocolate)

2 Maria Cookies

1 large Marshmallow

1 skewer plastic or metal

La Lechera Dulce de Leche

PREPARATION

  • Heat a grill to moderate heat ( the heat from a dying charcoal grill or a gas grill cooling down will work well also)
  • Place the chocolate tablet on 1 of the maria cookies
  • Place a tbsp of dulce de leche on the other maria cookie
  • Toast Marshmallow using a skewer and ensure melting and not charring.
  • Once melted well place marshmallow on the chocolate and remove the skewer. Cover the marshmallow and chocolate with the dulce de leche maria cookie.
  • Squish the marshmallow down. Enjoy while warm and goey!
