Try a new take on a summer favorite!
WARNING- you will want more than just one.
INGREDIENTS
1 Hershey Dark Chocolate Bar tablet (can also use milk chocolate)
2 Maria Cookies
1 large Marshmallow
1 skewer plastic or metal
La Lechera Dulce de Leche
PREPARATION
- Heat a grill to moderate heat ( the heat from a dying charcoal grill or a gas grill cooling down will work well also)
- Place the chocolate tablet on 1 of the maria cookies
- Place a tbsp of dulce de leche on the other maria cookie
- Toast Marshmallow using a skewer and ensure melting and not charring.
- Once melted well place marshmallow on the chocolate and remove the skewer. Cover the marshmallow and chocolate with the dulce de leche maria cookie.
- Squish the marshmallow down. Enjoy while warm and goey!
