Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Optional
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- additonal spices or flavor ideas: ginger, cardamom, vanilla extract
Directions
1-Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it reached a boil. Reduce and simmer for 10 minutes
2- Pour milk into your favorite mug and enjoy.
