Ingredients:

For the tortilla

2 lb flour

1 cup of corn oil

2 ½ cup of water

1 tsp of salt

2 tsp baking powder (baking powder)

To fill

Turned Beans Naturas

Sula cream

Central American Tropical Cheese

Scrambled egg

Avocado

  1. Mix of Ingredients-Mix the baking powder, flour and salt in a bowl. Add oil and combine well with hands for 3-5 minutes. Add water little by little until it forms a soft dough and does not stick in your hands.
  2. Knead the dough. When the consistency is good transfer the dough on a table covered with flour to prevent sticking. Knead well. Cut the dough into balls and grease the balls with oil before letting rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Make the Tortilla-Heat the comal while stretching the dough balls by beating them with both hands to give the shape of an omelette.
  4. Tortilla cooking-put tortilla on the hot comal. The tortilla is cooked in 20 seconds or so and inflated.
  5. Prepare the Baleada- With the tortilla heat, add the base of beans to your liking, scrambled egg, fresh cheese, Sula butter and avocado if you like.
  6. Enjoy!
